The Miami Beach Kizomba Festival (MBKF) aims to bridge the gap between Africa and the African diaspora by sharing the music, dance and culture of various African countries and encouraging cross-cultural understanding. Attracting over 1000+ attendees, MBKF is able to bring this to life by educating our attendees through dance workshops and music concerts.

As soon as your register, you will receive an email confirmation from our ticketing partner. That email confirmation serves as your ticket. Please save it and show it to us, along with your ID, at the registration table on the day of the event. Our check-in staff will also have a registration guest list for verification.

Our list of instructors, DJ’s and singer(s) will be announced as the event approaches. Continue to visit our website for updates.

1. No refunds under any circumstances. Any and all payments made are non-refundable.
2. Unused passes has no monetary value and cannot be credited to future years or events.

Event Participants are expected to behave responsibly and to treat each other – and treat the community – with respect, kindness, and compassion. MBKF reserves the right, without refund, to revoke the passes of Participants whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disorderly or offensive by MBKF, affiliated third parties or the local authorities.

MBKF is a private event and has a weapons-free policy. Participants are not permitted to bring weapons onto the premises of any official MBKF events.

1. Under no circumstances are tripods, lights or elaborate set ups permitted in any MBKF event, workshops or concerts.
2. MBKF participants are permitted to use hand-held cameras and/or smartphones to take photographs and capture digital images for personal, non-commercial use, provided the photography is not disruptive.
3. Photographs may not be published, sold, reproduced, transmitted, distributed or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever.

Event Participants grant MBKF, its parent company and affiliates the right, but not the obligation, to photograph and film you and use your name, likeness, voice and other sound effects in the production, exhibition, distribution, promotion, publicity and advertising of this event in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity.

Each Participant understands that participating in the Events is voluntary and may involve certain risks of physical injury, damage to property, and other damages or losses that may be sustained by a Participant. Each Participant assumes all risk of damages, property loss, and personal injury, which may occur by participating in the Events.
